‘Salaam Mumbai’ to hit Germany big screen

Indo-Iranian hit ‘Salaam Mumbai’ is slated to be featured in German movie theaters, the movie’s international screening manager announced.

Reza Nouri announced that ‘Salaam Mumbai’ will be screened in 15 different German cities starting from March 31, 2017.

“Salaam Mumbai will also be screened in different cities in the UK starting from April 9, 2017”, Nouri added.

The movie directed by Ghorban Mohammadpour has been on the big screen in Iran for a while, achieving enormous sales in the country.

‘Salaam Mumbai’ narrates the love story of a well-off Indian girl meeting an Iranian medicine student in Mumbai. As the story unfolds they both run into some complications along the way.  

Previously, Mohammadpour said at a news conference that he is set to make a sequel to ‘Salaam Mumbai’.

Some cast of the movie include Iranian actor Mohammad Reza Golzar as well as Indian stars Dalip Tahil and Dia Mirza.
